Wonderful Historic building. Wonderful location, just a few minutes from the great sites of Rochester and the train station. Quiet, Clean, Comfortable Rooms with great facilities. Fantastic Staff, particularly the young lady at reception.

Not a lot to say unfortunately. Hotel was a stylish character the last time was here 30 year ago. Very rundown no breakfast menu. .

excellant customer service from kiosk desklady ,very polite ,helpful, and friendly. The room was excellant for our stay and had a comfortable sleep in a peacefull environment.
