“Fabulous Old World Hotel”

This is a magnificent old hotel built in 1924. I loved the many lounge areas with comfortable chairs to sit and read a book, the open fireplace in the evening, walking around the beautiful gardens filled with hydrangeas, and the most delicious scones I've ever tasted for morning tea.

We have stayed here a few times, great place, they have done huge renovations, fireplaces were awesome even in Summer when it was around 10 degrees during our stay.Staff were very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed cooked breakfast which was delicious.

I like the entire hotel interior, the design, Christmas decorations. The staffs were nice. Also, the room is large and clean!

Beautiful hotel. Our room was newly renovated and tastefully furnished. Cooling fan was available in the room and a coffee station available on each level of the hotel.
