The staff from all departments were friendly, rooms was very spacious. And the hotel is a 5 min walk from the metro station which I highly recommend to use. Also the wifi was very good

I stayed at the hotel in January 2025, and to my surprise, the water heater/geyser wasn't working in my room. I moved to another room, but unfortunately, the issue persisted there as well. It was extremely cold, and the lack of hot water made the stay uncomfortable. SAMTINN needs to address and repair the hotel facilities as soon as possible to ensure a better experience for guests. I hope this issue is resolved quickly for future visitors.

The location is good, close to the subway station and supermarket, and also there's an underground parking. The room size is impressive; also it was super clean and nice. I'd stay again, this hotel has a good price performance.

Overall, the cleanliness of the room is very good. The staff's are accomodating. We arrived a little bit early, and the receptionist allowed us to check in.

The staff the rooms and the location next to sarwanna bhavan pure veg restaurant. We received early check-in and extended check out too.
