Amazing service and welcoming on reception from Ms. Rehab Ouhod Raja. She has a very professional appearance and manner. When she was smiling to us we were feeling warm welcoming from her heart. Also the flowers on the lobby look beautiful and gorgeous. The housekeeping team are super helpful. The room is clean and neat. The most important for us was swimming pool and we were empress that it working from morning to evening. The pool team nice and smiling and pool area is super nice and clean. Even you can refresh by green apple. The breakfast also was fantastic and so many food option. We were having unfogettable time with Radisson Blue, Riyadh Minhal and would like to stay again. Our experience at this property was nothing short of exceptional from check-in to check-out. The staff demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and courtesy, making us feel truly welcomed. Choosing this hotel for our first stay in Paris was undoubtedly the right decision, as they went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The room was clean, welcome fruit plate was very nice specially after Ramadan Iftar. Checkout receptionist "Shaimaa is a very kind and helpful" Vido " the housekeeping supervisor is fantastic, when I asked him for help, immediately he responded. the follow up after my stay from Nehal was great.
