The rooms are super spacious and very clean and well maintained by Mr. Joseph, the Housekeeping Manager and his team. The restaurant is very well managed by Mr. Hussain and Mr. Nurul. The service is excellent. The quality of the food is really good, thanks to Chef Montasser and his team.

Great location. Hotel is a bit tired. Rooms facing Main Street and too loud. Hotel is too expensive for what is offers.

The reception and restaurant team were supportive. Mr Sami, Ms Lojain, Mr Bassa, Mr Noor, Ms Jesa were all exemplary in the excuting their duties.

The location of the property is excellent! The breakfast is good, could have been better though! Very less to hardly any option for vegetarians. But full marks for location, room size!
