Overall, I had a great stay! Riyadh isn’t exactly cheap when it comes to accommodation, so finding a hotel that delivers value without breaking the bank was a win. The staff really goes the extra mile to make guests happy, which I appreciated. That said, not everyone speaks English fluently, but hey, Google Translate to the rescue—it worked like a charm!

Everything about this property is great. The front desk Mohamed (from Taif) and Abdul Bari as well as the other hotel staff are super friendly and accommodating. We didn’t get the manager’s name (I think it’s also Mohamed) but he was so helpful when my husband was looking for a white thobe when we received an invitation to have dinner with our new friends in Saudi. We will make this hotel our home away from home destination when we are in Riyadh next. 5 STAR all around.

I will give a 10/10 for cleanliness, location & staff behaviour. The spaciousness of the accommodation, complete with a kitchen and couch, will undoubtedly astonish for travellers.
