Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to Muntazir at the reception. From the very beginning, his friendly smile, professional attitude, and eagerness to assist made us feel like VIP guests. He went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect, from answering our questions to giving us great recommendations. Muntazir truly embodies exceptional hospitality. We enjoyed our stay so much that, despite being on a tight schedule, we decided to extend our trip by an extra day just to soak in the incredible jacuzzi. It was such a relaxing experience that we couldn't resist staying longer! We also want to give a special mention to Rajeev, the bellboy, who was always so courteous and attentive, handling our luggage with care and ensuring our comfort. Jahir from housekeeping deserves applause for maintaining our room impeccably and adding those thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. This property has an outstanding team, with Muntazir being a true gem. We can’t wait to return for another unforgettable stay!
