The room was nice and the location was very convenient. I requested a late check-out and the team arranged it for me. A special thanks to Mr. Adnan—he was very helpful and supportive throughout, and I truly appreciate his assistance.

Breakfast (In room) was for 5 people. i didn't go hungry but the portions are too big for 1 person.. The House cleaning staff where wonderful. I accidentally broke a glass that went all over the floor. The gentleman came in and did a great job at making sure no glass splinters where any by hoovering and mopping the floors. He even put slippers on my feet! Unnecessary, but done in such a caring way. Such service! - give them a pay rise :) I asked for lots of water and got plenty. Very happy.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located. The atmosphere, restaurants, and outdoor facilities were exceptional — I especially loved the outdoor area, it was simply wonderful. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely come back.
