My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the castle, we were at there for 5 days, and enjoyed a lovely room with antique furmiture and a large bed, and while the main bedroom was full of antique's the ensuite was up todate with new facilities and it own hot water supply, with a lovely modern shower. The dining area and lounge was full of antiques and was very comfortable, we were made most welcomed and stayed for 3/4 course dinners with drinks each night (most of the guests attended) lovely meals and good company. The castle is in 8 acres of land with meadows running along the river, lovely walks accompaned by two very friendly dogs on loan from the castle owners Khris & Ivan (sorry the spelling may be wrong) We would love to go back there again in the future. This was our base in this area to explore the surrounding attractions, but it almost derailed us, as we just wanted to remain at the castle.

Beautiful old building which is being restored very well by Kristof and Ivan. It wows you from the moment you drive up to the building. Inside the Salon is fantastic, the room we had was great, antique furniture in a historic room, all top appliances, very comfortable bed. I can’t begin to explain how superb the hosts were, we felt like friends going for a stay, the dinner was superb, we all ate together and had such fun, the food was delicious, the wine superb, we would definitely go back. Thanks for your hospitality

Stunning chateau on the river set in beautiful grounds. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and we all ate together in the beautiful dining room. It was a magical evening. The bedroom and shower were both amazing, beautifully decorated with great taste.
