Really nice place in the center of Riva, good quality for very good price. It was also really nice we could stay in one building with our friends that had another appartment. The host were friendly and supportive and responded quickly on chat.

Booked the penthouse apartment but were given the split-level one. Great location, just a few metres from the lake, restaurants and shops. We reserved parking, which was in a nearby locked garage, for a reasonable fee. Apartment seemed to have everything that could be needed, but we did not use the kitchen appliances or the washing machine, so can't comment on that. Check-in and payment of local tax and parking needs to be done in advance and online, all communication with the host was through messages, instructions and directions were clear.

Perfect location, comfortable apartment, enough space for a family, pet- and kids-friendly, easy instructions. Overall, the place met expectations.
