Very pleasant staff, helpful and nice. We enjoyed the pool on the very hot day. Gateway to the city centre was a nice surprise, very convenient. nice breakfast and good vegetarian options. And btw the room looks better than on the pictures!

Fabulous location with a backdoor into the old town! Large and tasty breakfast selection with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Front desk host was amazing! She was very pleasant and extremely accommodating. Would definitely come back.

The location was excellent for the town. The pool area was nice and quiet and breakfast was good. We had a family room which was a good size for our needs.

Great hotel, we got a very big room with its own spa area, it was a very pleasant surprise for us. Access to the hotel is very convenient because it is located next to the main street, getting from the hotel to the city center is even more interesting and mysterious, because you can enter the city center through the lower floor of the hotel and you are already in the center. Delicious and plentiful breakfast, helpful staff.

Great location on the edge of the old city with 'secret doorway' into a beautiful laneway. Just a very short walk from the lake. Good buffet breakfast.

The location in Riva was excellent. The pool area was lovely, plenty of sunbeds, beautiful views and always very quiet. Great selection of food at breakfast time and staff most pleasant. My criticisms are relatively minor, but if you are a light sleeper it is something to consider.
