If you need to check in outside normal hours you must contact the hotel by telephone.Please note that the wellness centre is open from 16:00 until 20:30 and use of a bathrobe is mandatory.External swimming pool is closed from the begin of October until the end of April.Guests under the age of 14 can access the indoor pool from 08:30 until 15:30.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Comfortable, clean & the staff are very friendly. The area is beautiful & only a short walk to the lake, near many restaurants & shops. The bed was very comfortable & the room was nice and cool in the hot weather.

A lovely hotel witch is spotlessly clean with large rooms and a beautiful pool. In our 7 week tour of Europe, they provided the best breakfast !

I like the vineyard around the hotel, superstores and coffee shops nearby, comfy beds, clean room and clean bathroom.

Too pricey! Very old fashioned property, and too expensive for what it had to offer. We arrived on a very hot and sunny day, and there was no welcome drinks or water for us in the room. Location is good, as one can access a buffet of restaurants, cafes and bars at about 450m from the property. Everything in the property closes at 9pm otherwise! Bathroom tiles are a bit too slippery and there was a huge dead fly on the ceiling of our room- was otherwise clean rooms. Already at about 9am, housekeeping was noisy making other rooms, otherwise quiet welcoming/friendly staff. Pool was clean and good! Check out at 10:00, in my opinion, was out of line. .
