The rooms are simple but comfortable, very clean and well-kept. The breakfast is fantastic, everything delicious, in a charming outdoor area. The dinner menu also looked good, but we did not have a chance to try it. Super friendly and helpful hosts.

I was very surprised with the accommodation and breakfast provided considering some of the unfavorable reviews. The staff were very friendly and tolerant of my lack of Italian vocabulary. The breakfast was more than I could consume. Due to one review, I thought all I would get was the packaged toast and jam so I started to tuck into this and ordered a cafe normale. Then breakfast was delivered, two slices of cake, a cup of plain yogurt, a bowl of corn flakes, and a toasted ham and cheese sandwich (panini) most of which I saved for later. It was a big breakfast, not what I would normally eat but very generous nonetheless. The room was comfortable and I spent most of the day there, in the cool, planning my next part of the journey. They deserve more than one star.

Very good situated close to beach and to the wonderful Parco Regionale della Maremma and to the beach. Host family is very kind and the breakfast is outstanding. Top place!
