The room was beautiful - simple but comfortable. Great balcony. We weren't disturbed by the trains and the windows blocked out any noise - although we liked listening to the sea so left the windows open. Great location, beautiful town

The view from the Balcony sea view room was excellent and Rebecca (the host) was super helpful with city recommendations, self check-in, late checkout, storing bags, payment of city tax, etc. The complementary bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch! The location was very good as well, right next to the train station.

The hotel is in a perfect location with the lift down to the station immediately outside. The room was basic and clean. The bathroom was compact also very clean Rebecca was very helpful, friendly, and efficient both before and during our stay, although we never actually met anyone. Communication was made super easy by using WhatsApp. The photos sent to help us find the parking made for a stress free arrival. 😀 We appreciated that Rebecca was able to arrange parking and the residency ticket for us. The price was high for a 2-star hotel but in proportion with other prices in 5Terre where all accommodation is very expensive.

Rebecca went out of her way to welcome us and to cater to our requests. She provided great local knowledge. The view from our room was magnificent. The room was clean and comfortable.

Elisabeth was a beautiful landlord! Ever so friendly and helpful. Location was great because of the views and the fact that it was away from the busier city centre. The use of the lift from the station was welcomed. However, there are always stairs to consider with heavy or large luggage. The welcoming bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch. We drank it on the balcony watching the sunset.

Amazing sea view with balcony and the host Rebecca’s communications was fantastic and gave us restaurants recommendations and even booked the best table on behalf of us. Also helped us carrying luggage, can’t thank her enough!

Gorgeous location with balcony, right by the train station so convenient for transport and access to town centre either via tunnel Or panoramic walk. Rebecca the host was so helpful too and also let us leave our luggage to save us dragging it around the morning we left

Great location. Room was clean with a great view. The host was more than great! She gave us so many good tips on where to have a glass, eat and places to visit. She was really helpful and gave us quick answers.
