Very comfortable and immaculately clean small hotel on a quiet street. All the staff were super friendly and worked very hard to make sure we had a great stay. Special mention to Luis in this respect. There is a cafe/restaurant which served an excellent steak, followed by a very good apple cake. Breakfast was fine with omlette and toasties on offer with good coffee. Secure parking is available at another property nearby,, and a lift was available to and from there.

The food surprised me! It was delicious! As someone who has stayed in many places throughout Ecuador what truly separated this place was their tremendous customer service!
