If the voucher informs that there is no meal plan linked to the reserved room, it means that the reservation does not include breakfast. In this case, this service is available as an extra service and must be paid directly at the hotel. Costs are charged per day and per person.* Please note that the 10% service fee is not included in the reservation price and is charged at check-in for reservations with a refundable policy or charged at any time for reservations with a flexible/non-refundable policy.* The hotel reserves the right to charge the entire stay including 10% service charge at any time after booking in cases of flexible/non-refundable policy.* Regarding the request for reversals of undue charges, the guest must contact the hotel directly.* The hotel accepts cash (in cash), debit card (national cards) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Elo - national or international) as payment methods. My 2nd visit 2 the Windsor hotel, great location a few mins walk to Copacabana beach, rooms nice comfortable & very clean, the staff are extremely helpful polite & cnt do enough for you from opening the doors calling the lifts etc etc, Diago on the front desk was extremely helpful & constantly happy to help, I’ll stay here again 100%, uk resident,

Good location near Copacabana beach, nice rooftop pool and bar with view. Very comfy beds. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. They provide proper, good old-school hospitality, how it should still be done in the UK! The staff were very polite and helpful, the hotel, room, were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was amazing. Would not hesitate to book here again, for the price it is fabulous. Very short walk to Copacabana beach, felt very safe.

The room is big and clean. With a balcony. Bed is very comfortable Roof top is nice, with a bar and a pool. Staff is very nice and helpful. Thanks a lot to the whole team. Good location, 1 minute walking to the beach.
