If the voucher informs that there is no meal plan linked to the reserved room, it means that the reservation does not include breakfast. In this case, this service is available as an extra service and must be paid directly at the hotel. Costs are charged per day and per person.* Please note that the 10% service fee is not included in the reservation price and is charged at check-in for reservations with a refundable policy or charged at any time for reservations with a flexible/non-refundable policy.* The hotel reserves the right to charge the entire stay including 10% service charge at any time after booking in cases of flexible/non-refundable policy.* Regarding the request for reversals of undue charges, the guest must contact the hotel directly.* The hotel accepts cash (in cash), debit card (national cards) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Elo - national or international) as payment methods. We do not accept checks as a form of payment.* In cases of payment in installments, only credit cards issued in Brazil will be accepted. Excellent Breakfast, big choice of food including eggs/omelettes made to order. Quality of the bread was excellent. Hotel was right on the sea front and had excellent views from the roof top pool. Reception staff were very helpful and took time to make enquiries on our behalf for places we planned to visit. All the staff were very good, respectful and pleasant. Location was very secure and safe and there was a chemist and convenience store very near by. Beach/Pool Towel service was very good.

Extensive and delicious breakfast spread. Great rooftop pool with a view of the beach. Bedrooms were clean, organized, spacious. Very helpful front desk staff. Will definitely return if we are in the area again!

Everything was perfect. Location, view, pool bar... It is a very peaceful place to stay. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Room at the side of the hotel with good city and beach views. Good naturally heated swimming pool, warm if the sun shines and cooler if not. Excellent breakfast. Attentive restaurant staff with good value for money on a la carte. Reception staff very helpful.

The sun roof is awesome and breakfast buffet is excellent besides the coffee. Moreover staff is well dressed which is uncommon in Europe at five star hotels.
