* The hotel offers rates with or without breakfast.* Note that breakfast prices available at the time of booking are prices per day and per person.* Please note the booking confirmation voucher. If the voucher informs that there is no meal plan linked to the reserved room, it means that the reservation does not include breakfast. In this case, this service is available as an extra service and must be paid directly at the hotel. Costs are charged per day and per person.* Please note that the 10% service fee is not included in the reservation price and is charged at check-in for reservations with a refundable policy or charged at any time for reservations with a flexible/non-refundable policy.* The hotel reserves the right to charge the entire stay including 10% service charge at any time after booking in cases of flexible/non-refundable policy.* Regarding the request for reversals of undue charges, the guest must contact the hotel directly.* The hotel accepts cash (in cash), debit card (national cards) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Elo - national or international) as payment methods. We do not accept checks as a form of payment.* In cases of payment in installments, only credit cards issued in Brazil will be accepted. Restaurant and food was very good. Excellent service from reception to the staff. The only turn off was the room and the smell inside. It want worth the money.

Everything! The staff without exception were outstanding. The hotel was spotless , our room was large and well appointed, bed very comfortable and a great shower. The breakfast was amazing, every possible choice and well stocked. We had an evening meal in the hotel and it was it was delicious,wonderful service. I would highly recommend.

Likes: -staff were genuinely friendly and helpful in the lobby and reception (all of them but I’d like to mention JaIran and Alexander to have a special appreciation for them). They spent so much time explaining attractions and sharing their information. Also had laughter with them which made my time even more memorable. - great pool facilities. They had even thought of your beach towel and umbrella. - Rooms, gym, sauna and pool were very clean. - fantastic view. - when we arrived one of the drinks bottles was empty and we hadn’t noticed until the second day but when we raised it with reception, they trusted us straight away and refilled with no charges. What could improve: Room’s hair dryer could be a better one.

Dear Miramar, This has been the best sunrise of the year so far! The location on Copacabana Beach is simply stunning. The top floor is a true gem, complete with a pool area and breathtaking views of both sunsets and sunrises! Every cent we spent was absolutely worth it – thank you so much for an unforgettable experience! As for the downsides: the kitchen could use some improvement. It wasn't anything exceptional, but to be honest, food isn't our main focus. Overall, we had an amazing time!
