Staff superseded all expectations and EXTREMELY helpful and friendly while we our car had broken down. Maria and Lisbeth were so amazing and friendly during our struggle to get our car fixed.

A big discrepancy between employees. Some were very friendly and others clearly need hospitality lessons, as they don't know how to deal with customers. Bad examples - I arrived at the hotel at 1pm and asked if I could check in and without even asking, I was told that it wouldn't be until 3pm without any sympathy. At breakfast, it was 9.15am and there were no cakes left on the buffet, I ordered and was told, as if my order was strange, that they had already run out. Good example, - a reception employee and I believe a bar/restaurant employee were very diligent in helping me define a route for my morning jog

I stayed here on business, and It was comfortable, clean, and bright. The evening meal was good as was the breakfast, the hotel and location were suitable for me as i was working 5 minutes down the road.
