The property gives every guest that visits the property in November-July or in September 1x free day ticket for the shuttle to and from Rulantica and Europa-Park. The bus stop is only 150 metres away from the Sun Parc Hotel.Please note that dogs are only allowed upon request . 15€ cleaning fee per dog.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Room was clean and warm, good facilities in the bathroom, good smart tv, clean location, easy check in, breakfast was complete, juice good, i liked the free bottle of water provided per room. Per total a nice stay , also waling distance to a good italian restaurant and plenty of other choices in the area

Very comfortable hotel near Europapark. You feel very welcome by the very friendly receptionists, really nice ladies. Full breakfast with fruit, yoghurt, juices....My daughter and me will definitely come back.

The cozy room is very close to the travel station and bus stop. The breakfast is good, even with sparkling wine. The staff is friendly, and our neighbours are quiet. I can recommend staying for several nights. Also a comfortable parking in front of the hotel.

Great breakfast. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. A nice environment in a hotel that is very convenient for the train station and the bus to Rust / Europa Park / Rulantica. Check-in was easy, well-planned and communicated. I liked this hotel and would happily stay there again.

Staff was superb in helping solving an issue. I forgot a jumper and they send it to my place after 1 week. Super customer oriented service!!!

Everything was super! The room is comfortable. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is 5 from 5!!! Personal is very nice!

We arrived at 20 h30, everything ready for us at the reception, extra pillow And free bottles of water, I would definately go back to this hotel.
