The location of the hotel is very good. we can see the ocean from the balcon. We can go to the city easily by bus, because there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

Good selection of bars & restaurants on the doorstep. The building is directly on the promenade and makes a great base for exploring the seafront and Rimini old town on foot.

Setting was perfect. Looking out on the beach. Supermarket & many restaurants very nearby. Train station within 20 min walk away toward centre of Rimini.

The apartman is big enough and since it has windows to both sides of the building can be ventillated quickly. The view from the terace is good. The parking is narrow but doable. The promenade starts just before the residence, so you won't have to fight with cars and scooters when you go to the beach or for a walk. The hosts were very nice.

Very good location, supermarket, cafes, beach all very close. The apartments are large, we were in January and it was very warm. There is a kitchen and everything you need for cooking.
