1) welcoming host 2) clean and confortable apartment 3) good wifi 4) reasonable walking distance both to the bus station from/to Rimini (Metromare) but also to the beach 5) wonderful beach!

Helpful staff, even they don't speak well English, we managed with translator via WhatsApp. We didn't manage to check in on the first day, but did on second. Super clean and nice warm, cozy apartment. Would definitely go again in summer season.

The lady in charge was very helpfull, we had ordered groceries prior to us arriving and she put them away in our apartment for us.
