The staff is very friendly, they speak many languages so you wont have a problem with communication, plus they are always willing to help. The prices are not abussive especially considering they are 3 minutes away from the ocean and have many restaurants around. The area around the hotel is safe, so going out or staying out late is not a problem. The bedrooms are great, always clean and fresh (the staff clearly explains how to use the air conditioning). The breakfast (not always included) has got a good variety adapting to everybody, its pretty complete and very accessible

The Hotel Malibu isn't pretending to be anything else but a budget hotel. There are no frills but the bed is comfortable, the room is clean and it is right next to the beach and the Metromare public transport. The lady at the front counter is absolutely lovely and was helpful.

Friendly staff and good location. Nearby are shops, cafes, restaurants, and a public transport stop. 3 minutes to the beach. Bed linen and towels are white and clean. Daily cleaning. Parking is on the territory and we were not charged for parking. Free coffee was served daily. The furniture is a little old, but the comfort is not affected. I recommend.
