Friendly host, free and safe parking is a great plus, balcony came in handy. very clean, it has everything you need. Close to restaurants and bars, 100m from the sea.

A very nice family-staff, very sincere and hard working people. Always ready to help and answer your questions. the owners are of older generation and the policy of the hotel needs to be updated. Although the personal qualities of these people are very good, there were disadvantages for us such as: Breakfasts are very poor. No variety. No fruit,(only apples in the vase) No Yoghurt for kids. Only omelette, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.(no paprika) Very few slices of cheese and sausage, some cakes, one croissant per person. BUT! Very good coffee machine and tasty coffee.

Very good location: near the beach, train station, shops and restaurants. Good value of a money. We travelled by car so it was important a parking space. For additional cost they offered underground secured parking. Host was nice and kind.

Above all, the kindness of the host who is at your disposal from the moment you arrive. The hotel is in an excellent location, everything is nicely arranged and maintained. Our room was nice and spacious and the breakfast was delicious. Also, the hotel has agreements with the nearby beach and restaurant, which was very helpful. After many visits to Rimini, I can only praise and recommend this great hotel and wonderful hosts.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, they helped us arrange a late check-out, which was very helpful (due to a late flight). The breakfasts were more modest, but still tasty and one ate well. The room was smaller but comfortable. Cleaning was done every day.
