Overall hotel is ok, but it should be more then ok experience taking into account category and price. I travel a lot and I would not give it 5 star.

Everything was clean and bright, and the staff was prompt to serve the request. The restaurant is very spacious and the breakfast is excellent. The selection of fish and poultry is poor and could be improved.

Really nice spa hotel. Spa zone is excellent and rooms are with amazing view and are spacious. Hotel was well decorated, everything is well designed. Even the bad staff experience did not fully destroy our experience.
