It was good place to stay - just by the library, close to old town, place for car. The apartment inside - normal, but photos were better :-) Simple, but it is ok, according to the price. Yard by the house and stairs - needs renovation, you have to be careful. The owner required deposit, I had to transfer to separate account. But just on next day after I have left - I have got money back.

The host was very helpful and friendly! The apartment had great facilities (bedrooms, kitchen, etc.). Comfortable beds, clean linen and towels. Fresh coffee and other cooking essentials available. Very spacious! The location was near the centre and other sites easily drivable to. The damage deposit was returned the day after checking out.
