The room was clean, spacious and beautiful. The location of the hotel is perfect. We enjoyed the spa area, it was high quality but also laid back enough for using as a family. All the staff were extremely helpful.

It was a luxurious hotel that was down to earth with amazing service and perfectly located in Riga. The staff were all amazing, the spa was lovely, the room was so big and modern and the bed was really comfortable. We stayed here with our 4 year old son over new year for a week and had such a relaxing time, this hotel made our stay perfect. Thank you so much.

The hotel is in a great location, with lovely views across the park. The rooms are spacious and the reception gives good service. The bathroom is nice and the hotel is not run down. The breakfast has a lot of choice. Lots of people complain in the reviews about the spa. It’s absolutely huge - I visited during cold months so it was in use a lot but never too busy. It doesn’t have loungers, the focus is on several large rooms like saunas and steam rooms. There is also a pool big enough to swim properly in. I had a massage and it was incredible.

Excellent location, very close to the old town and the city centre. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast had a good variety, and the wellness and spa area was excellent

This is a lovely hotel, very well located. Staff are friendly and it’s very tastefully decorated. There is a bar, restaurant and spa on site. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
