Hostel Overview

Situated in the Riga Old Town, Amber Rooms offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi, 150 metres from Daugava River and the Dome Square.

Breakfast was in a form of self-service. There was a whole kitchen also so you could make yourself anything you wanted. Everything was clean and comfortable. Really good placement of the rooms, even though it was in the city centre it wasn't loud there much (even during the weekend).

Very clean, silent stay. Its good to have breakfast before leaving. Very central. I was afraid it could be noisy in old town at weekend but it all was good.

Great location, right in the centre of Old town. Near to tourist areas and transport. Lovely staff, very friendly and accommodating. Overheard me complaining about not having my Irish butter and offered to try and find some irish food for breakfast for me! Lol!! Carried my heavy bag up the stairs for me and let us keep our bags there until our flight in the evening. Lovely little kitchen for self-service of food. Clean and has all the essentials. Overall great stay, would definitely stay again!!
