Excellent option when visiting foundation Beyler which is at walking distance; easy (and free) tram ride to the center. Very good breakfast and helpful friendly staff. Quiet location

Abobe all the staff. Superb people making every effort to please the guests. The location was perfect for the nearby Museum Foundation Beleyer, and the Northern Lights exhibition.. Very good place and food at the restaurant abundant and fine and reasonably priced for Switerzland.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are incredibly clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff are fantastic and really polite as well as being helpful, the property doubles up as a restaurant but this really isn’t an issue the sound proofing is excellent and doesn’t interfere with your stay, I didn’t have the chance to eat in the restaurant however I heard nothing but positive things from guests.

The staff is really nice. When you arrive, you receive a card form the hotel that you can use to get free transport (bus, tram). You have some attraction for half price (zoo, museum, theater)as well. Breakfast was good but it's not written that you can ask for scrambled eggs or other.

Entire hotel, including the rooms, is well designed. Bed was very comfortable. Staff is very kind and helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Close to a museum and a park for a nice walk. Close to supermarket.

We absolutely loved our stay. The newly renovated spaces are so warm and welcoming. The little touches like the great smelling hand soap and shampoos were incredible. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night and were impressed. The staff were all so helpful and kind. We loved the waterfall shower and the lovely towels. The added touch of the Basler Pass was incredible!
