Antonio is a lovely host, couldn’t do enough to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are great, the pool area really relaxing and the breakfast was great, too much to be fair.

We had a lovely two night stay at 1 Royal Street Guesthouse. It is a jewel, so lovely decorated, comfortable and clean. It is situated very close to shops, restaurants and galleries. Antonio is a great host and makes a fabulous 3 course breakfast. The garden looks great and we enjoyed a few relaxing hours by the small pool.

We love everything about 1 Royal Street Guesthouse. Our second stay and the attention to detail continues to be beyond compare. Location is perfect, the eclectic art collection is quite dazzling and the overall ambiance created by Antonio and Ashley is absolutely magnificent and hard to describe - one must find out personally. The hospitality provided is genuine and simply excellent. Antonio goes out of his way to make his guests feel comfortable, especially at breakfast which is mouthwateringly delicious. Highly recommended!
