We loved the friendliness of the owner and staff … especially on ‘quiz night’ on our first night. What a hoot … even though we came last. We are Aussies travelling in England.

An incredible breakfast and an unbeatable location. A 5 minute walk from the station. In 40 minutes you are in central London by tube.

Really friendly, welcoming and helpful staff with nothing too much trouble. The recently refurbished rooms are superb and sit above a terrific pub. Highly recommend the Red Cow for anyone staying in Richmond.

We went for the rugby, so just needed a place to get our heads down. We had a triple room, it was spacious, three good-sized single beds. The bathroom was a squeeze but for the money paid it was more than ok. The staff were great on check-in and we spent most of Saturday night after the match in the pub with a live singer. All in all it was excellent!

Room was fine. The staff were friendly and room was cleaned and well stocked with breakfast items. Location was perfect for our needs. Richmond is a great place with easy access to most areas.

Food - The food was EXCELLENT. Great selection on the menu and so tasty. The Bar - Music on a Sunday was brilliant. The Venue - I would come back and stay again. Loved the location.
