Poor welcome on arrival but pleasant when we were leaving. The location is superb but the superior double room was less than standard.

The building and location were faultless but I was disappointed that no efforts to acknowledge our previous custom or my husbands 50th Birthday. When I let the hotel know they sent me the price list for champagne and said they ‘might’ be able to gift him some biscuits and a card….nothing was left. Bathroom was looking a bit tired.

A wonderful quiet area of London. Lovely comfortable rooms and views of the river. Huge bed, huge bath and wonderful balcony - within reach of shops, restaurants and public transport routes into central London. It’s expensive but worth it!
