Cheap and cheerful, in a good way. Basic amenities for a very reasonable price. Some things might be a bit dated, but the staff were very polite and helpful, and the location is perfect

The room we had was in need of refurbishment, most notably the carpet was laid badly and there was mould in the bathroom seals. But it was good value for money and staff were friendly and location was great.

Location is perfect. Short 5 min walk to the train station and town centre. Had a peaceful sleep with the comfortable bedding.

Close to shops train station, clean, 24 hour reception, difficult parking near hotel if carpark is full, we had room at top quiet until 4am than unfortunately noise from planes landing bring ear plugs. Bathroom tiny specially sink. Lots of stairs to go up not for elderly or disabled.

Best location in Richmond. Can walk left to Waitrose and right to the stations : Tube and overground. Waterloo in 16 mins. Very flexible with check in. Amazing value for the one bedder
