Good location.Room and facilities are a bit dated. No TV in the room. Bed wasn’t particularly comfortable either. We needed an early start and the breakfast wasn’t available until 8am so didn’t get this. Our evening meal was ok, menu a bit limited but all edible. Staff very helpful.

Room was dated but comfortable and warm. No TV. Hand wash was high up on the wall very odd. Had a nice meal Good staff, plenty of parking, walking distance to town along the river.

Staff were really friendly, we were able to get access to the room early and the staff prepared a table in the restuarant for lunch while we were putting the bags in the room. Breakfast was great.

Lovely hotel with bar, beer garden and a great menu. We stayed for 2 nights and the staff were fantastic and attentive. It's a short walk into Richmond with beautiful walks along the Thames towpath. Plus there is a large carpark with plenty of spaces. The room was clean but the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly. The bed was firm and the pillows were very hard and gave me neck ache (thankfully I took a V pillow which I used for the 2nd night). The shower took a good 5 minutes to get up to temperature and the door was hanging off as it slid open and closed. Breakfast is expensive at £16.95 per person! All in all its a lovely hotel with great staff so we would certainly return.

Location was ideal for what we needed. Walking distance to Twickenham. Close to the river and Richmond town centre. Staff were nice. Price ok for the area. WiFi worked well.
