Please note extra beds need to be requested and confirmed before arrival.When booking more than 5 rooms, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.For those coming by car, chargeable limited on-site parking is available. Managed by YourParkingSpace, parking is charged at £15 for up to 24 hours and paid for at the time of exiting the car park using either the QR code or cashless parking meter located in the car park. Unfortunately, parking spaces cannot be guaranteed or pre-booked.Children's swimming times: * Daily from 8.30am to 10am and 4.30pm to 6pm * Minimum age three years old. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.Guests can relax at the hotel's HarSPA, which includes a indoor swimming pool, a gymnasium, Hydrotherapy pool, Scandinavian hot tubs, steam room and sauna.All rates which include breakfast will be a Continental Breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at the Harbour Hotel Richmond. It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with a lovely spa, and convenient access to Richmond park and the town centre. Staff are amazing - We had a small problem with the aircon in our room and they fixed it immediately. We also ate at the restaurant which was delicious and good value for money.

It was a lovely hotel, our room was lovely (we were upgraded) and our request for an accessible room were met without fuss! The Spa was a nice touch, not overly busy it smelt gorgeous in there! The bar area and restaurant were a highlight and the staff in there were excellent! Friendly and helpful. We did not have an evening meal in the hotel but the breakfast was also a highlight - choices were plentiful 😊
