The staff was super helpful and friendly. Bar open all the time. Breakfast was adapted to Italian culture. The room had a mini fridge which was great. Air-con worked perfectly, room was small but had everything needed, including plenty of towels.

The staff makes a big difference. Polite, helpful, welcoming, and with a great sense of humour. The location of the hotel is in a great spot. Surrounded by everything that you expect within walking distance. There is a little fridge for drinks. The pressure in the shower was amazing.

In general very clean. They are really nice. Plus they gave us free breakfast. You also get free pases for the aqua park. We changed room as the small rooms are ok for a single person.
