We were upgraded to 1b Suite with terrace because of problems in a previous room. This suite is nice. A lot of space, both bath and a shower, two sinks. Breakfast is nice, lots of options. Staff is very friendly. Spa is small but nice. Gym is awesome! View is spectacular!

Loved this hotel. Rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. They served a fabulous breakfast which was included and the customer service was great. Plus the spa was amazing.

Enjoyed having balcony overlooking sea. All staff excellent. Good location..could walk into town and to museums. Bus stop to Ponta Delgada outside hotel.

The hotel has a good, central location on the island. If you plan to discover the island, it can serve as a good basis to do so. The gym is nice & well-equipped. The whole gym&spa section is open until 10 pm which is also nice. I also had a massage which was also good.
