the communication and friendliness with Michalis, he helped me with everything and I will return again, I was able to do my check-in earlier and you feel at home and it was very sweet to have a welcome bottle of wine and two bottles of water, even typical Greek fruits

The property is situated near the seaside just few minutes from the beach and from the historical Old Town as well. Apartment is cosy and well equipped and Michalis - the host, is super friendly and helpfull guy. I can higly recommend this accommodation.

It was a very good location, 10 minutes walk to the Old town and very close to the seaside (there are some good bar, restaurant and minimarket). The beach is gravelled here. Easy to parking there for free and close to the house. The seaview balcony was just perfect! ;) The flat is ok for a couple, we like it very much! The bathroom is a little bit small, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

The owner gave us the most beautiful and his family are beautiful. They gave us a super warm welcome with wine in the fridge and all the little things you might need in the cabinet. The rooms were just like in the picture and very comfortable with a nice and quiet AC and smart tv. It’s in a perfect location.

Awesome host and excellent apartment. We started our spontaneous vacation with staying here for one day, because everything was booked out. Unfortunately only for one day. Next time definitely here! Great location and warm welcome, nice surprises in the fridge, beach, restaurants shops right behind the corner. What else do you need for happy holidays

The hotel is located on the northern side of the city. The manager, Mr. Michalis, was very welcoming and always helpful. We enjoyed a selection of items for a quick supper he arranged. It was refreshing upon our late arrival due to bad weather. Thank you, Michalis! Our room, no. 14, was on the top floor with a beautiful sea view, and we could watch the sunset right in front of us. The elevator made access easy, and we stayed for three nights, which happened to be the windiest days in Rhodes. Enjoying coffee on the balcony without it spilling was quite a challenge due to the wind. On the bright side, we didn’t have any issues with flies or mosquitoes. The balcony, which was uncovered, received plenty of afternoon sun, making it perfect for sunbathing. The kitchenware provided was enough and satisfactory and new. The room had a washing machine which we did not use and ample hot water with strong water pressure, which added to the comfort of our stay. The location is convenient, not far from the city center. The road in front of the hotel leads directly to the center, just a five-minute walk, while the longer route via 25 October Street takes about 10 minutes, offering many shops and beautiful mansions to admire along the way. Thanks to Michalis and his team for our pleasant stay.
