I have returned to this hotel as I love everything about it. Mika on reception and Johnny on the bar are super friendly. The breakfast is lovely as are the service staff. The room is so comfortable, with a fabulous sea view. The location is next to the Old Town. I will be back!

Location was perfect for us, less than 5 mins walking to the old city, parking in the street, staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. Mika at reception is the best and Tatiana in the bar very friendly always smiling. The apartment was huge, nice bed, fridge, a/c, wifi, plenty of space, view to the swimming pool, plenty of hot water, everyday the room was tidy and got fresh towels. Swimming pool area is spotless clean, gym, free breakfast was plenty to have every morning. There were 2 nights with live music in the bar, we loved them, great fun. We enjoyed the cocktails at the bar, staff is the best. Shop next to the hotel has everything and the guys there were very chatty and friendly. We loved the place, was perfect to get the Ferry to Symi and was very easy walk to Old city

All the staff were lovely - very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was great, main bed was very comfortable, great balcony. Pool was excellent, sunbeds & Bali beds especially were a perfect place to relax. Hotel is 2 mins walk from the old town walls & very near to the beach, so perfect location, too. Hotel shop was reasonably priced & friendly.

The team in the hotel was exceptional including the reception team as well as the bar and restaurant team. The room was perfect with a separate lounge/ kitchen with view overlooking the harbour. Sunrises were spectacular

Breakfast was good lots of choice, Pool area needs updating as the handrail into the pool wobbled. The location was good for the Old Town and a flat walk from the ferry port. This was our last night from Symi to catch the flight home the next day. We would stay here again to catch the ferry to another Island and on our return for flight home.

Great location overlooking the port and adjacent to the old town. Our apartment was clean, bright and roomy, though rather dated. There was an outdoor area with swimming pool and sun loungers which we didn't use, but a lot of people did. Wifi was good, as was the breakfast. We'd hired a car and parking was easy just outside the hotel on the street.

very friendly and accommodating staff (early check in so our baby could nap, changed our room without an issue as we mistakenly booked a twin room (pictures showed double beds)). very good breakfast, 5 minutes from old town

Location is excellent for exploring the old town. Swimming pool and bar area modern but rooms very dated. Pool was a pleasant way to end a day exploring the old town. Walking distance (20mins) to some great places to eat. Our kids didn’t rate the breakfast very highly. Great coffee though.
