It's not often you come across a 10/10 property but this was absolutely it. I couldn't believe the value for money, what a hidden gem. This is a must stay if you're doing the Garden route! Staff on arrival were fantastic, ensuring I pre-booked my meal so I wouldn't miss out on Christmas day. The views were out of this world and the pool area was gorgeous. The grounds, the lake, the cow barn (restaurant) were excellent. Very tastefully decorated.

The breakfast was rather average. The service was very poor, only one waiter in the two days we had breakfast. The breakfast buffet definitely needs an upgrade. In the heat, the cheeses are on a wooden board without a cover and swetting. The bread is homemade but it gets dry lying on a wooden board. It needs a bread cover as well. There are flies and they do not have a shoo away for the fruit, bread, cheese, olives etc. Our company BUFFET-WORLD would gladly assist the manager to upgrade the buffet with different heights and colour. The chaffing dishes also look rather tired. Hope this criticism helps the owners, which will be for the better.
