Our initial room had not been cleaned when we got there. We were given an upgrade to a suite after correction.

The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, the apartment was very clean, looked nice, and had a good amount of space. The bed and bath were both exceptionally good. Overall, we were very happy and would strongly recommend this apartment hotel to other guests.

We really enjoy our stay in this hotel where is located at perfet location and staffs are very friandly. The rooms are also very nice. We will stay there again if we go to iceland next time.

We have loved everything this hotel offered! Clean room with comfy bed, nice warm shower, helpful staff, free loccitane toiletries, all the amenities including a dishwasher and a coffee machine with free capsules/milk/sugar, and EVERYTHING ELSE! It was indeed an amazing stay!!

We stayed in room 906 which was thankfully located inside the building with the reception. Other guests had to take their luggage off to other buildings in the area upon check in which can be frustrating especially when the weather is bad. We really enjoyed the suite as it allowed us to cook breakfast in the morning. The room was quite toasty when the radiators were on and we had to open the window and door a fair bit to keep a bit cooler. The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk to bus stop 6/9/14 to catch the buses to go on the tours. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants in the area. We highly recommend Tides, Sumac, Kol and Lava at Blue Lagoon. Before our arrival, the hotelier provided a link to booking tours which was very useful and they were very helpful in booking activities and allow us to sort out our cancelled flights due to bad weather. They also provided us with tea/coffee, juices, cereal and milk each day.

The rooms were warm and cosy, and the finish off the rooms were beautiful and stylish. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. We booked an apartment for 4 days and it felt like a home from home. The location is great, a short walk to so many great bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Excellent suite with comfortable king-size bed, shower room and well-equipped kitchenette. The downtown location was very convenient, including for Bus Stop 14. The daily breakfast baskets were generous and varied.
