Kamil from the reception was very helpful and hospitable! Also the rest of the staff was at the highest level. Rooms and location very good and the price was adequate to the quality found in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is remarkable, right in the middle of everything! Offcourse the flip side of this aspect being disturbed sleep at an expensive hotel and vacation because of street noise until wee hours. That said, the staff are extremely polite. A special mention to the front office executive Kamil, very friendly and helpful! I would to mention one front office executive who’s name I didn’t catch and was so rude to me on two occasions. First time was when we returned late on Saturday night and realised we were locked out of our room and were knocking on the office door where he was fast asleep on duty and got extremely annoyed with me for knocking to get an extra key card and the 2nd instant was when we had left a heavy bag at the front office the night before our check out fr ease and convenience. When I arrived at 3.30 am to collect my bag from the back office there was no one there and had to leave fr the airport and was knocking on the back office door assuming he was sleeping in there as usual but he showed up from elsewhere and accused me of being behind the desk!! According to me he should be counselled to ruining an otherwise decent rating! Housekeeping were good enough.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - sorted an issue of a late collection by a tour provider / ringing a taxi / suggesting nice local restaurants. Size of the room and the cleanliness. The coffee machine in the room was a great addition.

We had a very relaxing stay here. We were upgraded to a room in the top floor and it was very quiet and spacious. We had windows on the ceiling, which was handy to check if the skies have cleared enough to see if we should go out and try to find the aurora. Room also has a large radiator and it was handy for drying clothes as we got drenched during a tour. 4 minutes walk to bus stop where tours pick up from.

Location was perfect, right in the centre of town. Junior suite was great and immaculately clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful with local information and advised us of the local attractions. Highly recommend
