This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. Both times they have had fantastic service everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I usually pick this hotel when I stay in Reykjavík. The rooms are very clean and neat, the bed is soft but very comfortable, has a cold mini-fridge and the staff is great. An overall good experience.

Good buffet breakfast, great location for pick-up on our Arctic Adventure tour (was one of the few hotels that pick-up was from) - no need to wait outside in cold conditions 😊

The room was very big, the hotel hall is big and it has a very cosy and let’s say “northern design”. The bed was very comfortable, everything was super clean and the staff is super nice. The breakfast had everything you need. I fell in love with the pillows, I’ve never had such comfortable pillows in a hotel stay before. There is a lovely cat roaming around the hotel, I guess she is the manager! :) The restaurant is really good and I only booked this hotel because I wanted to have easy-to-go options without having trouble searching for something.

The lobby area is really good…it’s big and open but the seating, lighting, stair feature and general look mean it’s quite decadent. The staff are very friendly, the Grand Brasserie is a great space and the breakfast was very tasty.
