The property was fantastic - very clean and with excellent facilities. A lovely home away from home. A very cosy and comfortable place to return to after a day's exploring. Our host Thora was brilliant and always at hand to help with anything, from tips on where to eat, places to visit and so on. We loved our stay and won't stay anywhere else should we return! I fully recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed!

It was absolutely wonderful! Warm and cosy, and Thor and Volli kindly provided treats like tea, coffee, fruit and chocolate. There was even a charging plug that saved the day. We cannot praise this wonderful little house more highly.

Me and my (now) fiancé, stayed in this wonderful apartment for a weekend trip in Reykjavik. It was a beautiful property that was incredibly welcoming, with thoughtful little touches that made a special trip even more special. Our hosts were incredibly helpful while I was organising the trip as they were able to facilitate my special requests for the proposal I had planned. They also provided local information and recommendations which were really great (Sushi Social was amazing!) and they helped everything to go smoothly. The accommodation was beautifully presented, with stylish decor and a modern, homely feel. The bathroom was really cool with a walk in shower and some toiletries were provided. The property had excellent facilities and it was very clean, private and welcoming. It is in a perfect location, only a short walk from the places we wanted to visit in Reykjavik and the on street parking outside the property (P2 zone) was reasonable and convenient. Overall, it was an excellent base for us to explore the many locations that Reykjavik, and Iceland, have to offer. Can’t thank you enough for facilitating everything and making this special trip go smoothly.

A superbly located house, very close to the main centre and close to restaurants, bars, a supermarket and bakery. Fabulously decorated with a wonderful personal style. Very generously sized eat in kitchen and well equipped to cook for and seat up to ten people. Charmingly decorated living room. Two bathrooms (plus a downstairs toilet) with very powerful water pressure. The hosts left us fresh fruit and chocolate, and were quick to reply to any queries.
