I’d like to start with a location it was a distance of 700 m away from city center. It was easier to park if you rent a car you should go to this hotel because whole city center strictly paid parking.from this location you could go anywhere, it’s close to opera to city center to area grandi for me it was the best place to be! Breakfast it was great, rich and tasty with a great staff working there specially tracie one English woman with great sense of humor! Also, the front desk was very helpful with any question we had they made our stay more enjoyable thank you bora !

Super hotel, extremely comfortable & warm. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly & helpful staff. Great location & only 2 minutes from pick up bus stop. Spa great addition to extremely comfortable hotel. Highly recommend.

We were a group of friends with our spouses. Each one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel is modern with an industrial feel. Not too big, just right. It is clean and well maintained. If I have a small negative it is the construction work outside which some of us can clearly see from our rooms - but this isn’t the hotel’s fault. Staff are ever so helpful and accommodating. Big shout out to reception staff (wish I took their names). Special mention to beautiful butterfly Marek in the restaurant and his team!! Marek made our dinner extra extra special with his little touches. The beautiful message he gave some of us who were celebrating special occasions (a 50th birthday + 2 couples’ wedding anniversaries) were heartwarming.🤗 Food was divine! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Great value for money. Takk fyrir Grandi by Center Hotels. Takk fyrir especially to the beautiful staff here who are a huge credit to your hotel! 💚

Modern hotel with friendly staff. Room very clean with everything we needed. Great location near bus stop 15 for tour and airport transfer pickup. A short walk to two supermarkets and not far in the opposite direction to city centre. Breakfast was good but a lot of it was out of packets. Dinner in restaurant limited to a couple of options given time of year and it being off peak. We had an early flight and had to leave at 3.30am, staff had some pastries and tea/coffee available which was appreciated.

We loved the location, close to town centre and also the harbour area. The communal areas were beautifully decorated and very welcoming, especially the breakfast/ restaurant area and the cafe. The staff in reception and at the breakfast area in the morning were very helpful and very friendly. It was also great to have a spa to relax in at the end of the day. Breakfast was very good too. I really liked this hotel.
