The hotel is clean, quiet, warm and very comfortable, ideally situated only 5 minutes walk from the famous shopping street, the harbour and restaurants. The staff are very help full and friendly both at reception and at breakfast which is substantial. A special thank you to Kristjan at reception who booked our Grand Circle Tour with pick up at bus stop 13 outside the hotel. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, great location for exploring Reykjavik but also ideal for trips further afield with bus stop 13 right on the corner, lovely breakfast and very comfortable beds!

The hotel was well situated in the city. Parking was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and warm. Great breakfast.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful and very helpful telling us about different things to do for New Year’s Eve. The room was a decent size with big windows overlooking the cathedral, we even managed to see the northern lights from our bed.

Breakfast was very nice, we even got a takeaway box on the last day as we were leaving too early for a sit down breakfast. The hotel was located in a very convenient location withering walking distance of everywhere you would want to go. bust stip right outside too.
