The hotel is in a great location, close to bus stop 6 for all guided tours. The staff were are very helpful, especially in the restaurant in the evening, we were under time constraints to go on the Northern Lights tour, but a lovely waitress was very helpful and ensured that we received our food in time for us to meet our bus. Also we had an early flight home, checking out at 4:30am and the hotel provided us with take away breakfast bags. The breakfast each day was excellent, with a big selection.
