Good location if You have a car, washing machine and some rest commodity in the kithcen (salt, pepper, oil etc), so You don't need to buy everything for cooking. Clean and clear accomondation with smart key box check in.

The bed is super cosy, the radiators heat up the room in minutes and it was super clean and calm.

Very fast response from the staff when we had a question. They let us use the washing machine, which was really convenient. Bedroom was clean, comfy enough for a couple of nights, and the bathroom was really nice. While it's not located in a central area, it's very easy to get to the city center and there's a good supermarket just across the street.

Eva allowed us into our room early, which, after a early morning flight from Canada was greatly appreciated. The room was quiet and warm. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped and large enough for occupants of two rooms to prepare food. The dining area was a little cramped. Free parking 30 metres away at the end of the cul de sac. An easy 15-minute drive into Reykjavik.

It is very clean with kitchen and laundry room which is really convenient for long time stay. My room has a private toilet which is nice. Also the shared bathroom is spacious and clean as well. Some nice guests before left some shower gel and shampoo from all around the world so maybe you can use that if you forget yours. Everything is kept in a good shape. We had a very quiet stay. The room decoration is also simple and elegant. It feels almost like home! As going to restaurant can be expensive, there is a supermarket netto nearby open 24h which is a plus point for the house.
