I was impressed with their kind consideration and responsiveness. They were so considerate of upgrading me to a bigger room upstairs that obviously they didn't need to. Their staff, Giannis, was very organised and helpful. He gave me all the information I needed before I came and was always ready to help. I had a lovely stay and would stay again if I come back to Rethymno!

Fantastic apartment, modern, well decorated, very clean and comfortable. The host was fantastic, helping us with any questions and with excellent communication! The area is quiet and the rooftop has a great view over the city.

The apartment was very modern and clean, with a spacious bedroom and a terrace. The bed was very comfortable. All the cutlery we needed was provided, and the host even helped us with providing a brand new knife when the old one broke, it was also done very fast. The views were fabulous from the terrace. AC was in every room, which was definitely needed with those hot temperatures. We really liked the apartment and when visiting again, we would definitely want to stay there again.

Not having to have keys or a keycard is an underrated service, it was great to enter always by simply using a code. We stayed on the top floor in the Superior Apartment, it was spacious and quiet. The balcony is large, but the summer days are so hot that we didn't really get to use it. The bed and the mattrasse were great, very comfortable. New AC, not noisy, not dusty. Depending on the offer, we would stay here again.

Very nice and clean! Good location a bit up the hill in a good neighborhood! Parking easy in the streets or in front of the apartment. Very nice!
