Service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond making excellent recommendations and providing an amazing spread for breakfast. Panoramic oof top breakfasts were delicious and varied day to day. The chef was very proud of her creations and you could taste it!

George at reception was very friendly and helpful, he was one of the highlights of our trip, he made sure we were taken care of and we had a great room. Breakfast was also amazing, slightly different every morning to keep it interesting and very delicious.

Spacious room, excellent and varied breakfast with a cook who really cared about her guests. Nice view, and easy walk to the old town and Venetian harbour. Lovely jovial man at Reception who really made you welcome.

Room was excellent as was the pool area and everywhere else too - having breakfast on the roof (traditional Greek served by lovely staff) was a real treat. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff either - a great bunch of lads who made our stay fun every time we spoke to them. 15 minute downhill walk into Rethymno. Would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Crete. Cannot fault it.

A beautiful, modern and quite hotel with a super friendly, helpful staff that make you smile every day with their sense of humour. 100% good vibes. They also helped me to find a mechanic for our rented car and phoned there in advance to make sure they would do the job the same day. Wow! The breakfast on the rooftop was delightful and the staff there is also very helpful and happy to explain you about the homemade cakes of the day (try the bougatsa or the vegan chocolate cake!) or serve you a great greek coffee in a minute. Thank you all for making our stay such a pleasure! You can walk to the Old Town of Rethymno in a few minutes but if you feel lazy, at the hotel they can heat you up some focaccias or pizzas to eat by the pool in the evening. Totally recommended.
